In 1998 I picked up my first camera in Photo 101 class and since then photography has become one of the main ways in which I experience the world. In 2002 I received my Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Photography from Missouri State University. That year, I also started my photography business full-time. In 2004, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee with my wife in order to pursue my career in a larger market. Since moving to Nashville, my work has been published in numerous magazines including Modern Bride, Modern Bride China, and Southern Weddings. My work has also been recognized on many online wedding blogs and websites; Trendhunter.com, Fashionserved.com, TheKnot.com, Style Me Pretty, GreenWeddingShoes.com, and Southern Weddings Blog, to name a few. Some of my commercial clients include Garth Brooks and Keith Urban.

In 2011, I launced a new business for photographers called Musea. The goal of Musea is to make the world a better place through photography and technology.
